Remember the days when we were just teens
We would pack up our bags and go to places unseen
Drive 13 hours to see the same downtown looks
While drinking beer out of bottles and reading paperback books
The young, youth, and innocent is where life unfolds
You're always left wondering, but your stories will be told
While driving 13 hours to see the same downtown looks
Drinking beer out of bottles and reading paperback books
It feels like you're listening
You ain’t listening to what I would know
In case you relate or see where I'm coming from
We're living our dreams that aren't dead yet
Remember the days when we were just teens
Remember the days when we were just teens
Remember the days when we were just teens
Remember the days when we were just teens
Yeah, we like these dudes from Athens, GA. They're part of our This Is American Music family. Total Indie Power Pop Rock...In the vein of Band of Horses and The Whigs. Pollies
supported by 8 fans who also own “Paperback Books”
It's really DBT at their finest. Reminds me at times of Southern Rock Opera, also their mid 2000s records, other times some of their more recent albums only more polished and cohesive and better melodies, better hooks, better lyrics.
Long live DBT! bdean42
A surprise live album from Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires that showcases the group’s ragged, punk-inspired approach to American rock. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 18, 2018
